About the Platform
Bimizi is an AI-powered SaaS platform for automated quotation generation in the construction industry. The platform enables users to upload architectural drawings, after which an AI system analyses the drawing, identifies building elements, calculates areas and volumes, and generates quotations based on the user's Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and unit pricing.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
In accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), we hereby inform you that this platform uses an artificial intelligence system to analyse construction drawings and generate quotations and calculations.
The output generated by the platform is produced, in whole or in part, by means of artificial intelligence. This output is intended solely as a support tool and does not replace the professional judgement of the user. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies, errors or discrepancies. Verification by the user is required at all times before using the output for quotations, contracts or any other purpose.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe or Mollie). Bimizi B.V. does not store payment details such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers. The processing and storage of such data is handled exclusively by the payment processor under its own terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Disputes
